West Virginia's New River Gorge offers some the best and most unique hiking trails on the East Coast. You can explore dozens of old ghost town ruins, explore miles of cliff lines offering incredable panoramic views of a mile-wide, 1,000-foot deep gorge. You can hike along the river, on the rim of the gorge or explore the many canyons coming into the gorge. Hiking is a healthy way to share experiences and little cost.
NARR has over 30 miles of private trails that connect with the National Park trail system, offering endless opportunities to escape. Booking an adventure or staying with us gives you free access to some of the best trails in the gorge. We also offer historic and interpretive guided hikes.
