New River Gorge’s seemingly endless calico-colored cliffs hold more than 2,000 routes, making it one of the largest rock climbing areas in the world. The high concentration and quality climbing routes in the gorge brings climbers from around the world - it is ranked in the top 5 climbing areas in the country. Our 1,500-acre basecamp has private climbing cliffs overlooking the New River Gorge allowing you to experience the ultimate rock climbing adventure. If you’re not an experienced climber, don’t worry. Climbing instruction is tailored to your ability level. All courses are accredited through the American Mountain Guides Association, and group rates are offered. Get some friends together, and see how far you can push your vertical limit! Gear included.
