*Please note: The instruction and experience necessary to complete the Whitewater Merit Badge requirements are intended to prepare the Scout for his initial whitewater experience. Let North American River Runner's experienced staff introduce the skills and equipment with emphasis on safety and self-protection. NARR staff will cover requirements 4-13 for the whitewater merit badge. Scouts should arrive at with requirements 1-3 already accomplished.
